Ashkan is a senior consultant at VantagePoint and brings a global perspective to his work, drawing on insights from a career in advisory services and human capital development.

Prior to joining VantagePoint, Ashkan worked at a prominent international organization as Chief of Staff to a senior executive, spearheading advisory services for organizations across three continents. He then leveraged his expertise in strategic planning and organizational development pivoting to a role supporting national offices in capabilities development.

Ashkan earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, in Political Science from Queen’s University in Canada.
