Recruitment

  1. We accept all recruitment requests for any type of position in Japan and the U.S. However, applications will not be accepted if they violates laws, offer working conditions (wages, hours, etc.) significantly below usual standards, if there are violations of labor-related laws and regulations (Labor Standards Act, Employment Security Act, etc.), or if they are submitted by individuals associated with criminal organizations.
  2. Applications must be submitted directly by the hiring entity or its representative. If visiting our office in person is not possible, applications may be submitted by mail, phone, or email.
  3. At the time of submission, please clearly specify job duties, wages, working hours, and other employment terms in writing or by email. If immediate action is required and written or emailed details cannot be provided in advance, this information may be provided through alternative means.
  4. Recruitment applications are subject to an application fee as per the fee schedule in the attached table.

Job Seekers

  1. We accept all job applications for positions in Japan and the U.S., provided they comply with legal regulations.
  2. Applicants should submit applications in person. If unable to visit in person, please contact us in advance by phone or email.

Job Placement Services

  1. For job seekers, we aim to assist in securing employment that aligns with their preferences and abilities, in line with the principles of free occupational choice under Article 2 of the Employment Security Act.
  2. For employers, we will assist in finding job seekers who meet the qualifications for the desired position.
  3. Prior to placement, we will clearly inform job seekers of job content, wages, working hours, and other employment conditions in writing or by email if preferred. In cases requiring urgent placement, this information may be provided by other means if written or emailed communication is not possible in advance.
  4. Once a recruitment or job application has been received, we are committed to handling the placement process with due diligence.
  5. To maintain neutrality during labor disputes, we will refrain from providing placement services to hiring entities engaged in strikes or lockouts.
  6. Upon successful placement, an introduction fee will be charged to the hiring entity as per the attached fee schedule.

Miscellaneous

  1. We will address any complaints from job seekers promptly and appropriately, coordinating with employment agencies and other relevant entities as necessary.
  2. We request that employers and job seekers report the outcomes of introductions facilitated by our company. Additionally, for positions resulting in indefinite-term employment contracts, we request that employers notify us if the new hire resigns within six months, excluding cases of dismissal.
  3. Personal information obtained from job seekers and employers will be handled in compliance with our Personal Information Management Regulations.
  4. When providing recruitment information through advertisements, we will ensure its accuracy and transparency. In addition, in order to keep the information accurate and up-to-date, if there is a request from a recruiter or job seeker to stop providing the information or to correct the content, if confirmed, we will respond without delay and take measures to regularly confirm with job seekers or job seekers whether the information is up-to-date or to clarify the time of the information.
  5. We do not engage in discriminatory practices in any aspect of the application or placement process based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family background, previous occupations, or union affiliation.
  6. Our services are available for positions across all industries in both Japan and the U.S.

Personal Information Management Regulations

  1. Personal information will be handled by employees engaged in employment placement services, with the employment placement officer serving as the chief information management officer.
  2. The Employment placement officer will provide annual training on the handling of personal information to relevant employees and will attend a certification course at least once every five years.
  3. When personal information disclosure is requested by the individual, we will promptly disclose information based on objective facts such as relevant qualifications or work experience. If corrections (including deletion) are requested, and the request is consistent with objective facts, we will promptly make corrections. The placement officer will ensure that these procedures are communicated to job seekers as needed.
  4. Any complaints regarding the handling of personal information will be addressed appropriately and in good faith by the responsible placement officer.

Upper Limits of Notified Fees

The consulting fee above does not include consumption tax.

Refund Policy

If a candidate resigns on his or her own will within a short period after joining, we offer a refund policy on the introduction fee, based on the length of their employment. Should the candidate leave within six months of their start date, up to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. However, this refund policy does not apply if the candidate is dismissed due to employer circumstances, becomes unable to fulfill their duties due to natural disasters, or if employment is terminated due to the candidate's passing.
