Azusa graduated from Waseda University in 2016 and then began her career in e-commerce. After gaining invaluable experience in e-commerce, Azusa joined a leading Tokyo based recruiting company where she mainly focused on strategic hiring in the healthcare industry, working on roles such as medical affairs, clinical, PR and so on.

She is now the senior associate for VantagePoint's Healthcare practice where she mainly focuses on market research, candidate matching and client support.
