Benjamin leads VantagePoint's North American operations; specializing in Professional and Financial Services. He works with client teams across management and IT consulting, M&A Advisory, Corporate Planning and Private Equity.

Before VantagePoint, Benjamin started working in Japan as a recruitment manager for Robert Walters Japan, leading and developing teams covering the banking and consulting industries. He has since led and managed internal recruitment teams at Morgan Stanley, Ernst & Young, and McKinsey & Company. Most recently Benjamin was responsible for all Principal and Partner hiring with McKinsey & Company Japan spearheading the firm's aggressive leadership expansion.

Benjamin graduated with a dual Economics/Asian Studies degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill during which he spent 1 year at Keio University as a Japanese language exchange student.

Benjamin is passionate about providing long term and sustainable growth solutions for clients. He is also always looking for ways to improve his golf and tennis game.
