Darren is the leader of our Healthcare practice and a core member of the Consulting practice with a deep focus on Pharmaceutical and LifeScience Strategy/Technology. Functionally, Darren works across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Strategy, digital and analytics, bridging talent to drive creative solutions and actionable strategies for our clients.

Prior to joining VantagePoint, Darren began his career at Goldman Sach International in London. In 2006, he moved to the Tokyo office, in the Capital Markets division for 6 years. He moved to executive search in 2013 and built strong capabilities around the Healthcare/professional services space. Darren primarily focuses on assisting MNCs expand their businesses in Japan and across APAC while also serving major Japanese firms with their domestic and global footprint.

Darren graduated from Imperial College London in 2005 with a Masters in Information Systems Engineering.

Having spent more than 14 years in Japan, Darren has a strong understanding of the Japanese market and has been actively helping his clients strengthen their global portfolios through strategic, talent acquisition.
