HR Strategy & Post Merger Integration consulting. From Senior Associate to Partner level
Looking for HR professionals who are interested in Consulting or for experienced consultants who wants to cover global projects related to People Advisory / Human Resources Strategy consulting.
About the role
As an human resources and organization advisor, you will mainly support:
- HR Due-Diligence, Organization Due-Diligence, Labor Pension Systems analysis, in order to understand the internal environment of the target company in the pre-deal phase of a M&A transactions.
- Top personnel strategy (incentive design, succession design, etc…), general personnel affairs, organizational design, insurance, benefits, etc…
- Advisory services related to planning and implementation of post-investment strategies
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese with business proficiency in English
- Experience in personnel strategy, organizational design, Human Resources consulting
- Experience in transactions services, HR M&A, HR Due Diligence is a plus
- Experience in corporate revitalization and PMI is a plus
- 4 years college degree or higher
- Logical thinking and good communication skills
