What you will be doing?

The firm is growing very fast globally and Japan has become one of the major market for them. They have recently opened an office in Tokyo, from where they are driving the quality execution of the Japanese and APAC businesses. In particular, as Operations Manager, you will:

• Work with the APAC Operations Lead and the Operations Team to manage and coordinate new customer onboardings 
• Help drive ROI for existing APAC customers across our AI products by proactively identifying impactful business levers and implementing changes
• Contribute to the scalability and efficiency of our processes, working with senior management to prioritize customers’ needs based on business impact and ROI
• Drive projects from beginning to end that shape the future of operations
• Drive analysis of large quantities of data to present informed decisions and key findings to customers
• Manage and coach a team of multiple members to achieve ambitious weekly and monthly targets
• Build relationships with all relevant stakeholders in Engineering, Research and BD teams, and act as project manager with them for the implementation of our products with customers

Who are you?

• BA / BS from a top tier university
• Minimum of 2 years of operations experience in a top consulting firm, or a high growth tech startup/company
• Exceptional project management skills with self-starting mentality
• Results-oriented & delivery-focused personality
• Excellent analytics & Excel skills
• SQL experience is desired but not needed
• Experience of managing a team / comfortable leading a small team 
• Native fluency in Japanese is required for this role
