Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership and take project ownership maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Acting as an ambassador of the firm, direct the engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy and curiosity.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Associate partner / Partner / Senior Partner level in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, solid track record of achievements and success in and out of the industry. Consulting background is mandatory
• Fluent English and native Japanese are essential
• Strong sector expertise across TMT, Energy, Materials, Chemicals, Financial Services, and certain spike (Digital, Operational improvement, etc). Strong client relationships across the industry.
• Caring, empathetic leader capable of creating positive experiences for colleagues and clients alike
• Drive, motivation, go-getter attitude, particularly the ability to develop cogent arguments and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders
