Responsibilities:

• Work on originating, structuring, and executing the deals across a preferred market sector(s), understand the deals deeply from various perspectives including covenants, tax, legal, etc
• Lead a variety of value up activities including but not limited to cost transformation, digitalization, supply chain optimization, capital excellence, alliances and new business development, corporate acquisitions, etc

Candidate Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in private equity or venture capital firms with a proven track record of success
• Strong sense of integrity and professionalism, attention to details and impact-oriented, adding value-focused approach to investments
• Pre-investment background in management consulting or investment banking
• Native Japanese and fluent / next to native English skills are crucial for this role
• Extremely high presentation skills and stakeholder relationship management ability, influential and high-impact personality
