Tomohiro is a Senior Advisor at VantagePoint and for the past 8 years has been supporting consulting, financial advisory, and business firm professionals in their career enhancement. His areas of expertise include M&A, restructuring, private equity, venture, corporate planning, etc.

Tomohiro started his career at PwC, and over the last 14 years has been focusing on the Valuation and Transaction Advisory where he completed a vast number of valuation assignments and M&A projects. Having joined VantagePoint in 2013, Tomohiro is a senior advisor and a core member of the financial services and consulting practices bringing deep knowledge and rich experience in the M&A and reorganization fields.

Tomohiro graduated from Lubin Graduate school of Business with a Master's degree in Finance and also passed all courses of USCPA.
