Vlad is a Partner at VantagePoint and leads Private Capital & Strategy practice focusing on governance and change management efforts, and executive CxO search.

Before joining VantagePoint, Vlad spent 4 years as the U.K. Representative Director and board member of a heavy machinery conglomerate, Ventprom Group responsible for strategy, international business development and M&A projects while being with Fusion Asset Management and Arial Capital where he worked on private equity deals across a number of sectors. He was also a co-founder of cryptocurrency startup, Picatrix. Earlier he gained extensive experience in strategy and new business development working as a strategy consultant with a variety of clients in the U.K.. Vlad studied at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Vlad is passionate about helping clients value up, transform and disrupt industries by utilizing the full power of human capital. He has a deep interest in Japanese history and is engaged in various projects promoting Shinto and Japanese culture globally.

Vlad is also an advisor to GLIN Impact Capital, an ESG investment fund supporting growth stage socially impactful startups in Japan and the US.
